Yuval Harari, in "21 Lessons from the 21st Century" has a great chapter about this - the future need to completely reskill/ reinvent oneself by transitioning roles and industries in a world where automation is/had taken over. Which will require a tremendous amount of mental agility and resilience, all through life (rather than in the current model where professions are largely chosen following graduation).

This will surely lead to many opportunities in that space...
