Wow, I felt exactly this at a time where there was just lots going on, and I stopped rock climbing - a passion of mine. I seemed to have lost all interest or joy from it, when prior I'd feel off if I'd miss a single week of training.

But forcing myself back to the climbing wall brought all the sensations back, and physical movement helped clear my foggy head. Soon I was my normal self again! :)
