That sounds like a shoddy company that would even allow such practices, really?!

If I absolutely must call a customer it takes me until the end of the workday to do so. I can’t bear to lie to them anymore about the service they won’t be getting due to our inability to perform basic business functions, like recruit people to do work a customer needs.
