Hi Team, I am liking the platform so far. However, I have two questions:

1. The interest I am earning on both BTC and GBP is not as promised/ advertised (5% and 8% daily, respectively). E.g. in my BTC wallet, only $0.69 interest earned to date when the account has been opened for over a week now, with $870 sitting in it. Same query for GBP.

2. I have a BTC and a GBP wallet. Is it possible to transfer my GBP from the Zeno wallet to purchase BTC or other assets? Or, is the only way to go via a separate external wallet and send BTC into my Nexo BTC wallet?

Also, feedback about your bot: it keeps asking whether the user speaks English, then goes on to say he doesn't understand English but gets you to click on Yes, I speak English once more!
