Good point; I normally capture meeting notes directly on email which I then circulate to attendees. This makes it easy to follow-up on actions with the relevant action owners. I simply use Outlook’s search function in my sent emails to filter through what I’m looking for after sending those. I also flag these meeting minutes/ next-steps emails so that if some actions need to be closed by next week, I flag them for that date. Those emails then flag in my to-do list on Outlook and I can quickly follow-up as needed!
