Excellent! I use a simple analogy for this, which is around visualising you sitting at a cluttered table. Pick the one thing that matters most now, and hone in on it. Place it at the centre of that table, and let everything else fall by the wayside for the time being. Clear the table and only leave that one item on it. Then laser-focus on it. Nail it and move to the next, repeat, until you hit your daily goals!
