Aren't those who established themselves in the very early days of Medium, and the MPP (and who stuck with it since) now dominating the platform? However there's always the temptation to jump onto the new "shiny thing", which may be a waste of time and effort. Too many platforms; channels; outlets to reach small bits of audience here and there versus big picture...
