Agree! Let's not revert to the "old normal" and wipe out the progress made on flexible work...my last company surveyed 3,000 employees and something like 80% wanted to work from home for most of the week, and come in for big team events where social bonding works better face-to-face.

Let's replace "face time" with actual productive time, and give people the autonomy to manage their days as they see fit!
